How do you conduct the Lifestyle Health Assessment?

Make Me Healthy Lifestyle Health Assessment is conducted in a very simple process. You can schedule a test by simply calling us on the given numbers or sending an email request. You may receive a call confirming a suitable appointment time.

Our learned technicians come to your pre-decided location at the pre-decided time and within 15 minutes complete the following five tests:

  • ECG (Electrocardiogram)
  • Blood Pressure
  • Random Blood Glucose (We suggest that you do not eat or drink anything except water, 2 hours before your scheduled test for more accurate results)
  • SpO2 Blood Oxygen Level
  • Spirometry for Lung Function Test

That's it. Your assessment is complete. You will shortly get your reports by email and a call from our doctor to discuss your results. A printed copy of the report will follow by post/courier for your records.
